By placing an order with Custom Sports Jerseys, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above, including the Refund Policy, Dye Sublimation Disclaimer, and Warranty Coverage. All custom products are made to order and are subject to inherent variations in colour, print, and finish due to the dye sublimation process. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Custom Sports Jerseys shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or dissatisfaction resulting from customer-approved designs, specifications, sizing selections, or post-approval changes of mind. Warranty coverage is limited strictly to manufacturing or printing defects as determined by Custom Sports Jerseys, and remedies are limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

Custom Sports Jerseys’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. By completing payment, the customer confirms they have reviewed and accepted all terms and conditions in full.

All Custom Sports Jerseys products are made to order, including customized uniforms, sublimated garments, hemmed pants, and special-order items.

 

For this reason:

•  All sales are final once payment is received and production has begun.

•  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

•  Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

•  Spelling errors, names, numbers, or designs approved by the customer

•  Colour choices or layout approvals

•  Change of mind after order approval

 

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details before approving production.

Our garments are produced using dye sublimation printing, an industry-standard process that creates vibrant, long-lasting designs. Due to the nature of this process, the following may occur:

 

•  Slight variations can happen from one print to another. Each garment is unique.

•  Colours may appear slightly different in person than on digital screens.

•  White and light-coloured fabrics may show minor dust particles during the heat process.

• While each piece is inspected, not all dust can be completely avoided.

•  Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. We match colours as closely as possible based on our printing process.

•  When different fabrics or production methods are used in one item, small colour variations may occur.

These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

We stand behind our workmanship. Custom Sports Jerseys offers a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery that covers:

•  Manufacturing defects

•  Printing errors caused by us

•  Material defects under normal use

 

If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

•  Normal wear and tear

•  Improper washing or care

•  Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations

•  Fading or wear due to repeated use over time

 

Following the provided care instructions helps ensure long-lasting quality.

If you believe your item has a defect:

•  Contact us within 30 days of delivery

•  Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

•  Include proof of purchase
