These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, orders, and interactions with Custom Sports Jerseys (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving artwork, you (“the customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

​

All Custom Sports Jerseys products are made to order, including but not limited to customized uniforms, sublimated garments, hemmed pants, and special-order items.

​

Once payment has been received and production has begun, all sales are final.

​

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

•     Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

•     Spelling errors, names, numbers, or designs approved by the customer

•     Colour choices or layout approvals

•     Change of mind after order approval

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all order details prior to production.

2. Design Approval Responsibility

​

Artwork proofs, mockups, and specifications provided for approval represent the final version to be produced. Approval confirms that all details are correct.

Custom Sports Jerseys is not responsible for errors or dissatisfaction arising from customer-approved designs, specifications, or sizing selections.

3. Dye Sublimation Disclaimer

 

Our products are manufactured using dye sublimation printing, an industry-standard process known for durability and vibrant colour.

 

Due to the nature of this process:

•     Minor variations may occur between prints; each garment is unique

•     Colours may appear differently on digital screens than in person

•     White or light fabrics may show small dust particles during heat application

•     Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed

•     Mixed fabrics or production methods may result in slight colour variation

 

These characteristics are normal, inherent to the process, and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or replacements.

 

 

 

4. Warranty Coverage

 

Custom Sports Jerseys provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering:

•     Manufacturing defects

•     Printing errors caused by us

•     Material defects under normal use

 

If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no cost, at our sole discretion.

 

 

 

5. Warranty Exclusions

 

This warranty does not cover:

•     Normal wear and tear

•     Improper washing or failure to follow care instructions

•     Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations

•     Fading or degradation due to repeated use over time

Failure to follow provided care instructions may void warranty coverage.

6. Reporting a Defect

 

To report a potential defect:

•     Contact us within 30 days of delivery

•     Provide clear photos and a written description of the issue

•     Include proof of purchase

 

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items returned without prior approval may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

•     Custom Sports Jerseys’ total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

•     We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

•     We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, supply issues, or events beyond our reasonable control

 

 

8. Indemnification

 

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Sports Jerseys from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

•     Customer-provided designs or intellectual property

•     Incorrect information supplied by the customer

•     Breach of these Terms

 

 

 

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

 

 

 

10. Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

 

 

11. Amendments

 

Custom Sports Jerseys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that order.
